Where should we fly into?

The closest airport to Keystone is Denver International (DEN). The drive to Keystone is beautiful and is about 2 hours from DIA - we recommend renting a car to get there.

Where should we stay?

We recommend staying near or walking distance from River Run Gondola in Keystone Village. We have a wedding "discount code" for hotels, and there are lots of great Airbnb options in the area. Please visit our "Travel + Stay" page for more detailed information on where to stay.

Will shuttles be provided to the Welcome Party?

No, we will not have private shuttles for the Welcome Party. We recommend staying in River Run Village so you can be walking distance to Kickapoo Tavern, but there is also public transportation (on-call service) available to get you to River Run Village if you are staying in Lakeside or elsewhere in Keystone. Please visit our "Travel + Stay" page for a link to the bus route and schedule. There is also plenty of parking available at Keystone River Run Gondola Parking Lot if you wish to drive yourself.

Will shuttles be provided to/from the wedding venue?

Yes! Shuttles will be provided from multiple resort locations on the wedding day beginning around 3:30pm. Please let us know if you would like to utilize these shuttles on your RSVP (and which pickup location you'd prefer), as spots are limited and we want everyone to be safe getting to and from the venue. Specific information on shuttle location and pick up times to get you to the venue will be available on our website as we get closer to our big day. Shuttles back to lodging after the wedding reception will run from 9:30pm to 10:30pm. For those who wish to drive, there is parking available at the venue, but please note spots are not guaranteed as it is also a public golf course and cars cannot be left over night.

What time should we arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Please arrive to our venue, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, at 4pm so we can promptly start our ceremony at 4:30. We can't wait!

Are there Ubers and Lyfts in the area?

Keystone is a small mountain town, so we recommend not relying on Uber as your mode of transportation. Typically, there are not many drivers on the apps in these areas.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Dress to impress and wear what you feel best in! The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal to formal.

What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?

The welcome party will be more causal and will be held at Kickapoo Tavern, our favorite spot for apres after skiing! We still want all of our guests looking their best, so the dress code is cocktail. Think: cocktail dresses, maxi dresses, and khakis and a button down.

Can I bring a plus one?

We're keeping our guest list intimate, so plus ones are by invitation only. If you've been given a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and reflected when you RSVP. Thanks for your understanding!

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

While we absolutely love your little ones, we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration, aside from our ring bearers. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate together!

Who do we contact if we have questions?

Feel free to reach out to Andrea (303-956-2308) and Ryan (303-956-8301) directly, or Jenny (MOH, 303-717-2297) with questions.
